Want to build a legacy beyond your résumé?

You’ve come to the right place.

Legacy is the answer to a deep question:
’Did my time here matter?’

If you’re an accomplished senior executive, leader, or expert at the peak of your field…

And you’ve spent decades building something real…

But outside your organization — or outside your current role — almost none of it is visible…

… then The Legacy Producer can help you build a presence that matches your expertise.

Let’s make your story clear, authentic, and memorable —
not for vanity, but for impact.

Why develop a Legacy?

Building a legacy is the opportunity to help shape other people’s lives and careers.

You’ve spent years building knowledge, experience, and judgment that most people in your industry don’t have.

But if someone researches you today —‍ ‍a journalist, a conference organizer, a prospective client or partner — will they find your true story?

For most senior executives, the answer is ’no’. Not because they haven’t done the work — but because nobody taught them how to communicate it.

Your expertise is real, but your visibility isn’t keeping up. That’s where I help you.

Your résumé records what you did.
Your legacy is about what you made possible for others.

Is this for you?

The Legacy Producer helps accomplished executive leaders build a professional presence that matches their expertise.

This is for you if:

  • Your expertise has outgrown your current title — and you have more to say than your role lets you say.

  • You want to be known beyond your organization, not just within it.

  • You have a point of view on where your field is heading — but no platform to say it from.

  • You’re at the peak of your expertise but not sure how to translate 30 years of mastery into something that travels outside a conference room.

  • You’re approaching a transition — a new role, a retirement, a pivot — and you want to own the narrative: the book, the keynote career, the board seat, the consulting practice — but can’t decide which one, or where to start.

  • Your LinkedIn profile reads like a résumé, not a legacy — and you don’t know how to fix it without sounding like everyone else.

  • You want the next chapter to be on your terms, not someone else’s.

If any of that lands —
you’re in the right place.

About me

I’m an Emmy-winning TV news producer, turned branding executive. I spent 15+ years deciding which stories got on the air — including for ABC7 Chicago. Then, I crossed over to Communications.

What Program Participants Are Saying

“I’ve spent decades building expertise, and I took for granted that people could see what I had to offer. These sessions forced me to narrow it down and get intentional — about what’s unique, what’s useful to an audience, and what I want to be known for before someone else decides for me. I left with a different relationship to my own career. I stopped thinking about staying busy and started thinking about what I’m actually here to do.”

Joe Dudy, Former CEO, Wilson Sporting Goods

“I came in knowing I needed to explore what my personal brand actually was. What I didn't expect was how much I’d learn from watching others work through the same questions to articulate their legacy statements. The sessions are introspective and challenging in equal measure. You leave with a real sense of what you’re bringing, and an honest picture of where you still need to go.”

Matt Fallon, Global Talent & Learning Executive

“I’ve spent over a decade mentoring as a function of purpose, never really understanding its influence on me or those I meet with. These sessions helped me connect the dots between mentorship, leadership, and impact. Prior to this, I had not understood how my perspective would be useful to other. Astrid pushed me to think deeply about my legacy and to understand and appreciate my value. It was a transformative experience.”
